EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 20, 2021: PFM Funds Government Select Series has merged with the First American Funds. All shareholders received equivalent shares of First American Funds Government Obligations Fund, Class Z on December 20, 2021 (the “Reorganization”).

For Direct Shareholders - access your account(s) with First American Funds through DSTVision, the Fund’s online transaction and reporting platform. First time users can establish user access using this guide. If you need help in establishing and/or accessing your new FAF account(s), please call 855-250-2208.

For PFMAM-advised separately managed accounts that invested in PFM Funds – you can access your accounts, view balances, and transfer funds through your custodian bank. PFMAM managed account statements and performance reporting will continue to be available through EON, PFMAM’s online reporting platform, at eon.pfmam.com. For questions regarding your account, portfolio trades or strategy, please contact your PFMAM relationship team that works with you.

Historical statements and confirms through December 17, 2021 will continue to be available through EON by clicking on Account Access from the menu on this page or through eon.pfmam.com. Historical daily net asset values, shareholder flows, and liquidity information for PFM Funds will continue to be available on this page until June 30, 2022.

It also adopted, effective on such date, a policy under which it invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. Government Securities and/or repurchase agreements that are collateralized fully by U.S. Government Securities. Prior to October 3, 2016, Government Select Series was known as Prime Series and invested in a broader range of money market obligations, including obligations of U.S. companies, financial institutions and municipalities.
